Chimichurri Sauce

This recipe for a colorful chimichurri sauce doubles as a marinade and an accompaniment to all cuts of beef.


4 large garlic cloves
1 C loosely packed Italian parsley
1 C cilantro
1/2 C rosemary
1/2 C basil
3/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C rice vinegar
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t Tabasco

Mix all ingredients together. Great on meat dishes!
