Culinary Herbal Wreathmaking - Sat., Nov. 11 9a-12p
Join us at Zinc House Farm and get prepared for the holidays by learning how to make beautiful culinary herbal wreaths. Using cuttings of our CCOF certified organic herbs from the farm, learn how to use our grape vines to weave the frame that will hold fresh herbs of your choice in a bespoke culinary herbal wreath. As the wreath dries out, you can use these freshly dried herbs to cook throughout the the holiday season. Our Chief Gardening Officer, Brandon, will lead this workshop in our beautiful, nearly finished Clark Ferrea winery. Come to the Farm, create something beautiful and learn from a master! This event is a great gift and team building experience. We will also be sharing the inaugural release of our Clark Ferrea wines. Participants will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, with additional wine being offered for sale. We will also be serving non-alcoholic beverages. This event is tailored for people 21+ years old.
